South Gate, CA – March 18th, 2016

Glasswerks is proud to announce a new AIA/CEU course that will be available starting April 1st. “The Benefits of Warm Edge Glass Technology.” This course can be used by architects and glaziers to fulfill continuing education credits to keep their American Institute of Architects licensing current and to increase their knowledge of current trends in insulating glass technology and how these new products can be used to meet Title 24 requirements.

Warm edge insulating glass units feature non-metallic spacers that offer significantly reduced heat-transfer and condensation, along with increased sound insulation compared to traditional aluminum spacers.  “This technology is seeing increased demand by an industry that is constantly seeking improved performance to meet the needs of today’s energy-efficient building requirements,” said Senior Architectural Representative Tripp Barker. “Glasswerks is very excited to be able to help educate industry professionals about this exciting new product.”

Groups of all sizes can be accommodated and the course will be presented by Tripp Barker, Glasswerks’ Senior Architectural Representative.
