On Wednesday, April 8th, 2026, the Glasswerks Los Angeles team welcomed a delegation from Tower Glass for a full facility visit at our South Gate campus. The day was designed to give the Tower Glass team a comprehensive, first-hand look at who we are, how we operate, and the investments we’ve been making to serve our partners better.

The morning began with a warm welcome in our newly renovated offices, where Glasswerks leadership — including VP of Architectural Sales Matt Hill, VP of Operations Robert Mastrapa, VP of Marketing & Sales John Medel, and GM Sal Guera — introduced themselves and set the tone for the day. A formal presentation on Glasswerks’ history, recent growth, and capital investments was followed by a company video that brought our story to life.

“We wanted Tower Glass to walk away not just knowing what we make, but understanding how we make it — and the people behind it all.”

Following the presentations, GM Sal Guera led the group through all three of our on-site fabrication facilities. The tour offered an up-close look at our glass processing capabilities — from our Adelio Lattuada edging and seaming line to our laminating autoclave and insulating glass production. For a glass fabricator, the equipment on our floor represents years of deliberate investment in quality, capacity, and precision.

Seeing the scale of the operation in person tends to make an impression, and this visit was no exception. The Tower Glass team asked thoughtful questions throughout the tour, and the conversations that followed revealed strong alignment on quality standards, lead times, and the kinds of projects both companies want to pursue together.

After a working lunch, the afternoon shifted to introductions with key members of the Glasswerks team — including Project Management, Commercial Doors, Bent Glass & Optimization, and our Shower Enclosure division. This portion of the day was intentionally personal: we wanted Tower Glass to leave knowing not just our capabilities on paper, but the real people they’ll be calling, emailing, and building projects alongside.

We’re grateful to Tower Glass for making the trip out to Los Angeles and investing a full day with our team. Relationships like this one are at the heart of what we do, and we look forward to growing this partnership on projects across Southern California and beyond.
