As the largest fabricator of architectural glass in Southern California, we produce oversized monolithic, laminated, and insulating glass units up to 110" x 440" — with every lite cut, edged, and finished to exacting standards. Our state-of-the-art Jumbo facility combines cutting-edge automation, seasoned professionals, and one of the largest manufacturing footprints in the region to bring even the most ambitious glazing visions to life.
Glasswerks’ Jumbo Glass facility produces an extensive range of oversized architectural glass products — from monolithic annealed lites to complex laminated and insulating units. Whatever your specification demands, we have the scale to deliver it.
- Annealed — Ideal for large interior applications where thermal or impact tempering is not required. Up to 130″ x 300″.
- Tempered Monolithic — Heat-treated for increased strength and safety compliance. Up to 130″ x 268″ and 110″ x 440″.
- Laminated — PVB-bonded lites for enhanced safety, sound attenuation, and UV control. Up to 130″ x 268″ and 110″ x 440″.
- Insulating Glass Units (IGU) — Dual-lite units for thermal performance. Available with Low-E soft coat for energy code compliance. Up to 126″ x 236″.
- GlassFX Digitally Printed — Custom ceramic frit or full imagery printed directly onto glass for decorative and branded applications. Up to 110″ x 204″.
Large glass requires precision fabrication, and our Jumbo facility is fully equipped to handle complex cutwork, custom edge profiles, and specialty finishing at scale. Every lite is processed in-house with no compromise on accuracy or quality.

Glasswerks stocks a broad selection of substrates, thicknesses, and interlayer options to meet the optical, structural, and energy performance requirements of any project. All materials are available at full jumbo dimensions.
